2. What we collect

When you submit a consultation request we collect the details you enter: your full name, work email address, company name, company website (optional), country, phone number (optional), industry, target markets, platforms of interest, monthly budget range, campaign goal and your campaign brief. We also record the date and time of submission and a reference number generated for your request.

We do not knowingly collect special category data. Please do not include sensitive personal information in your campaign brief.

3. Why we use it

We use your data to review your enquiry, respond to you, prepare a proposal, and — if we work together — to deliver and report on your campaign. We also keep aggregate, non-identifying statistics about the volume and type of enquiries we receive.

Our legal bases are your consent (given when you submit the form), our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries, and, where an engagement follows, performance of a contract.

4. Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal data and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
